ইহা একটি সংক্রামক ব্যাধি।
Chicken pox একটি সর্বব্যাপী এবং অত্যন্ত সংক্রামক সংক্রামণ।

৩-৪ দিন পর গুটিকাগুলােতে জল সঞ্চয় হয় ।

সাধারণত শৈশবকালীন একটি সৌম্যর অসুস্থতা একটি বহিরাগত, ভেসিকুলার ফুসকুড়ি দ্বারা চিহ্নিত করা হয়।
◼ইনকিউবেশন পিরিয়ড :
👉 সাধারণত ১৪ – ১৭ দিনের মধ্যে থাকে। ঘটনা শিশুদের বয়স ৫-৯ বছরের মধ্যে। এবং উভয় লিঙ্গ; সমস্ত বর্ণের ব্যক্তিরা সমানভাবে সংক্রামিত হয়।
👉 অসুখের সময়কাল 48 ঘন্টা যতক্ষণ না সমস্ত ভ্যাসিকালগুলি ক্রাস্ট করা হয় ততক্ষণ ফুসকুড়ি শুরু হওয়ার আগে।

⭕ কারণ ( Aetiology ):
ভেরেসেলা-জস্টার ভাইরাস (Varicella – zoster virus )
চিকেনপক্স (VZV) সংক্রমণ ঘটায়।
বেশিরভাগ ক্ষেত্রে সংক্রামিত ব্যক্তির সংস্পর্শের মাধ্যমে ঘটে।
ভাইরাসটি ছড়িয়ে যেতে পারে: ফোসকা থেকে তরলের সাথে ▪ লালা
▪কাশি
▪ হাঁচি
▪যোগাযোগ।
👉 ইহা ছোঁয়াচে রােগ ।
বালক এবং শিশুদের বেশী হয় । শীতকালের শেষের দিকে বা বসন্ত কালে এই রােগ বেশী হয় ।
⭕ লক্ষণ ( Signs and symptoms ) :
✔ ইহা এক প্রকার জীবাণু সংক্রমণ ।
✔ জীবানু সংক্রমণের ৮/১০ দিনের মধ্যে গুটি বের হয় ।
✔ গুটি বের হবার ২/৩ দিন পূর্বে অল্প জ্বর , কাশি মাথায় যন্ত্রণা হয় ।
✔ গুটি প্রথমে বুকে , পিঠে বের হয় , পরে হাত পা মুখ ও মস্তকে বের হয় ।
✔ গুটিগুলাে মটর দানার মত দেখায় । ৪/৫ দিনের মধ্যে পেকে ফেটে শুকিয়ে যায় ।
✔ শরীর চুলকায় এবং মামড়ি উঠে যায় ।
✔ স্থায়ী ক্ষতের চিহ্ন থাকে না ।

▪ দাগ: দাগগুলি গুচ্ছগুলিতে বিকশিত হয় এবং সাধারণত মুখ, অঙ্গ, বুকে এবং পেটে প্রদর্শিত হয়। এগুলি ছোট, লাল এবং চুলকানি হতে থাকে।
▪ফোসকা: ফোস্কা দাগগুলির শীর্ষে বিকাশ করতে পারে। এগুলি খুব চুলকানি হতে পারে।

⭕ গুটিবসন্ত (small pox )
স্মোলপক্স একটি সংক্রামক রোগ যা দুটি ভাইরাস ভেরিয়েন্টের মধ্যে একটির কারণে হয়েছিল,👇
ভারিওলা মেজর এবং ভারিওলা মাইনর।

⭕ Definition of Chicken Pox:
It is a contagious disorder.
Chicken pox is a ubiquitous and highly contagious infection.
There is a rash on the skin and a slight fever.
Emergence is much less who.

Then it looks like foscar and dries in a week. It is not fatal.
Usually a benign illness in childhood is characterized by an external, vesicular rash.
Incubation period:
